RECEPTION AND CEREMONY SPACES

Dating all the way back to 1928, The Don Cesar has been in the wedding industry for almost a century. During this time, they have learned a thing or two about how to cater to what a couple is looking for on their special day. Using this experience, Don Cesar has taken the time to curate a lavish selection of 10 different venue settings to customize your space to create the romantic celebration you have been dreaming of.

When choosing between the multiple different ballrooms located throughout The Don Cesar, they all provide their own unique offerings bringing with it an elegant and tropical aesthetic accommodating both small and large gatherings.

Both The Beach and The Courtyard provide outdoor spaces for your ceremony both accommodating up to 250 guests according to their website. The Don Cesars’ private beach front venue allows you to put your feet in the sand and say ‘I do’ alongside the splashing waves of the Gulf. Over in the courtyard, you will find a grand staircase to exchange your vows overlooking tropical plants with the Gulf echoing in the background.

After saying ‘I do’ you can choose from over seven reception ballrooms to keep the party going. The King Charles Ballroom, The Buena Vista Ballroom, and The Del Prado Ballroom all provide floor to ceiling views keeping the scenery coming in, but the elements staying out, depending on your necessary seating requirements. 

You can also take advantage of their indoor/outdoor ballrooms. The North & South Terrace Ballrooms offer private verandas overlooking the Gulf accommodating up to 110 guests. Whereas The Grand Ballroom allows you to wind down the twin staircases surrounded with arched windows and Gulf views for up to 150 guests.

If you prefer to keep things outdoors, you can watch the setting sun under the covered beach pavilion. Butting right up against the private Saint Pete Beach waters, The Don Cesar beach pavilion accommodates up to 250 guests under the cool Florida air.

PRICING AND PACKAGES

According to here comes the guide, the rental fee for The Don Cesar, starts at $3,500 per event. This provides the exclusive use of ceremony and reception space. They also have packaged pricing starting at $176 a person to customize catering and bar services.

All packages offered include all of the setup, cleanup, day of event planning, bar and catering services, lighting, sound and more. They also offer special room rates for wedding parties, on-site parking, a bridal suite, and an on-site spa.
