There are four different ballrooms, each with their own unique offerings, to choose from for an indoor ceremony or reception. The Palm Court Ballroom spans over 11,000 square feet of elegance with modern floor to ceiling curtains and tasteful lighting and can accommodate up to 860 seated guests according to Wedding Wire. The 6,120 square foot Vinoy Grand Ballroom offers sophisticated aesthetics with high curved ceilings, elegant chandeliers, and tasteful drapes for up to 350 seated guests. The smaller Plaza Ballroom and The Sunset Ballroom offer an option for more intimate occasions accommodating 140 and 180 guests respectively. In addition to these ballrooms, the Mezzanine and Terrace, accommodating up to 120 guests, provides an intimate and elegant space for your reception.

For outdoor occasions, the Vinoy Renaissance also has you covered. The Esplanade offers stunning views of the bay and marina for up to 400 of your guests under the stars. The starting site fee for ceremonies during off-peak season, according to Wedding Wire, is $1,500 and $2,800 during peak season. Your reception cost starting price is $5,000 for off-peak season and $10,000 for peak season. Every wedding package will include an event coordinator to help you navigate the available packages as well as ensuring every small detail of your special day is just as you pictured it.

Menu choices can be customized by an expert culinary team, and bar services are also available.
